No more “I texted you about it.”

  • Hey, can I get Friday the 14th off?
  • Need 2 more polos, size L
  • 87466's brakes are grinding again

Sound familiar? One driver texts a manager about time off, another tells someone at the terminal about a truck, a uniform size gets sent to whoever was on shift. Then it's lost, and it turns into a he-said-she-said.

  • Everything goes through the appTime off, uniform requests, truck problems and accident reports go to the right person, in writing, with a date on it.
  • Drivers hear back without asking twiceThey get a notification when time off is approved, when uniforms are ordered or ready, and when their truck is being fixed.
  • Reminders for the stuff that expiresLicenses, med cards and safety training before they lapse, and service before it comes due. To the driver and to you.

Maintenance is where most of an ISP's week goes. RouteBack keeps it all in one place, from the driver's first report to the work order's final cost.

  • Drivers report problems from their phonePick the truck, describe it, add photos. You get an email and a work order on the board.
  • Recurring service by miles or dateOil changes, PMs, filters. See what's due by truck before it's overdue.
  • The MMR, sent to FedEx in one tapMonthly mileage and repairs as one PDF, emailed to your terminal with you copied.
  • A free login for your mechanicFlag the jobs that need the shop. They see only those, can add their own techs, and enter costs.

And the rest of the paperwork.

Everything a contractor tracks between the terminal and the office.

Driver documents

Driver's license, med card and safety training dates. Reminders go to the driver and to you at 30, 10 and 5 days out.

The truck lineup

A top view of each van line. Park trucks in a tap and share one link with FedEx, with last night's changes shown first.

Schedule and time off

Build the week by route, approve time-off requests, and drivers get a notification when you do.

FedEx forms

OP-201 signature releases, bulk pickup sheets and accident reports with photos, sent straight to the right FedEx inbox.

Write-ups and bonuses

Upload your DSW and settlement, set your own bonus rules, and drivers see what they earned and why.

Works without signal

Drivers fill out forms in a dead zone. They send on their own when the phone reconnects.

Made at a FedEx terminal, not a startup office.

RouteBack started as the portal we built for our own drivers at Hidden Arrow. It grew every time something fell through the cracks: a med card that expired, a brake job nobody wrote down, a lineup change FedEx never got.

Now it's an app any ISP can use, and it's priced like it's for a contractor, not a corporation.

Every feature in RouteBack is there because we needed it on a weekday morning at the terminal.

One price, whatever your fleet size.

Questions ISPs ask.

Do my drivers have to pay?

No. Drivers, managers and your mechanic download the app and sign in for free. Only the company subscribes.

Can other ISPs see my data?

No. Each company's trucks, people and documents are walled off from everyone else's. Your mechanic sees only the jobs you flag for them.

We run out of more than one terminal.

That's covered. Trucks, people and the lineup can be filtered by terminal, and it's still one price.

Is this made by FedEx?

No. RouteBack is an independent app made by Hidden Arrow Inc., a FedEx Ground ISP. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by FedEx.
